New inter cooler and inter cooler pipe set for 2014-2018 Eco Diesel Ram 1500. All Aluminium built inter cooler and tubes in 3 inch. Over 30% bigger then stock inter cooler. Inter cooler show in flow testing to have less then .30 psi drop! Inter cooler is pressure test rated at 200psi which is perfect for high boost applications. 100% TIG-Welded by certified Welder for proven strength and durability. Inter cooler tubes out flow stock tube by over 40%. lowers EGTs, added HP. All units are built to order and can run up to a 3 week lead time. life time warranty to the original buyer. Comes with all boots and Stainless T-Bolt clamps. Direct bolt in. Users have seen a avg gain of 2-3 more psi boost pressure and drop of 100 plus degrees in EGT. Flowbench Tests Are Done with Industry Standard at 28 Inch Of H2O and Also Higher Pressure. Inter coolers Are Normally Used for Boosted Applications which Flow at Higher Flow Rates.However,Many Inter cooler Manufacturers/Sellers List Flowrates That Are Inaccurate and Stating A Flow Rate without Even Indicating The Test Pressure Is Misleading.

WELD BUNG OPTIONS ARE FOR AFTER MARKET ADD ONS... BOOST GAUGE, NOS, WATER METH.

THIS REPLACES THE HOT SIDE PIPE IT WILL  DELETE THE CAC TUBES ON THE 14-18 MODEL TRUCKS THAT ARE KNOWN ON THE HOT SIDE PIPE.

Oil cooler is meant for race use only! not for towing or daily use! 

Worried about Oil cooler failure? 

This is are fully in house built oil cooler units! Remove your factory cooler that has been known to go out and separate the oil and coolant away for each other. This kit not only Helps drop those oil temps on Racing conditions but also adds in a extra 1.5-3 quarts of oil to your system! 

Cooler is rated at 250 psi. Lines rated to 600 psi.

RACE COOLER SET UP IS SENT IN THIS SET UP! 

RACE COOLER NOT MEANT FOR ON THE ROAD USE! 

Please change out the factory o ring on the temp senor and screw direct in to throttle valve unit! its that simple!
